A consumer photo-story service
Picovella is an online creative service for individuals making stories from their own personal photos. It is not offered as an enterprise, team, marketing, advertising, storefront, or business-management tool.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate contact and payment information.
Preview and purchase
You may arrange and preview a story without charge. The displayed price of US$9.99 covers one finished personal photo story containing up to 40 photos. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not renew automatically.
Any material limit or delivery detail shown at checkout forms part of your order.
Your photos and permission
You keep your rights in the photos, titles, and other material you provide. You give Picovella only the limited permission needed to process that material and produce the story you request.
You must have the right to use every uploaded photo and the permission of people shown where applicable.
Personal use only
A Picovella story is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may replay it privately and share it with friends or family.
You may not resell stories, use the service to produce client work, run a commercial content operation, or make stories on behalf of a company or other organization without our written agreement.
Prohibited material and conduct
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-violating material. Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to impersonate another person.
We may block use that reasonably appears to violate these terms or applicable law.
Payments and refunds
The payment provider shown at checkout processes payment credentials under its own terms. Picovella may receive limited order information such as your email, amount, status, date, and transaction reference.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Picovella available, but temporary interruptions may occur. Browser, device, photo format, or connection differences may affect previews and exports. Contact support if a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid story.
Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, Picovella is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
