These terms govern your use of Picovella, including the free browser editor and any membership purchased on this site.

Who you are contracting with
Picovella is operated by Picovella from Flat A, 12/F, Marvel Court, 15 Man On Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Customer service: [email protected] or +852 5539 6822, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 Hong Kong time. The operator named here is the merchant of record for every order placed on this site.
A consumer photo service
Picovella is an online editing service for individuals working on their own photographs. It is not offered as an enterprise, team, advertising or content-operations tool. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and give accurate contact and payment information.
Free editing, paid export
Editing, templates and previews are free and unlimited. Export, saving and the AI features listed on the Membership page require an active Standard or Premium card. Any limit shown at checkout — duration, version, credit allowance — forms part of your order.
Week and month cards
A card grants the listed features for the duration shown. An auto-renewing card charges again at the end of each term at the price shown at purchase until you switch renewal off. A prepaid card does not renew and expires at the end of its term.
Your photos and permission
You keep every right in the photos you bring. You give Picovella only the limited permission needed to process them and produce the result you asked for. You must hold the rights to each photo and the permission of people shown where that applies.
Licence for exports
Standard exports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Premium includes a commercial licence for exports produced while the card is active, and that licence survives expiry. Reselling Picovella access itself is not permitted.
Prohibited material
Do not process unlawful, infringing, exploitative, abusive, deceptive or privacy-violating material, and do not attempt to bypass export locks, interfere with the service or scrape it at scale. We may block use that reasonably appears to breach these terms or the law.
Payments
The payment provider shown at checkout handles your credentials under its own terms. Picovella receives limited order information such as email, amount, status, date and a transaction reference. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Currency and delivery
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Alipay, WeChat Pay and non-USD cards convert at their own rate and may add a cross-border fee, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly. Membership is digital: access opens on your account the moment payment is confirmed, and that confirmation is the delivery of the service.
Photos of people, and what you may not process
You must hold the rights to every photograph you bring and, where the law requires it, the permission of the people shown. Do not process images of a person without their consent, images of children in any sexualised context, identity documents you are not entitled to alter, or material intended to deceive, defame or impersonate. Picovella is a retouching and export tool; it is not offered for producing misleading likenesses of real people.
Age
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a membership. Where a younger person uses the free editor, a parent or guardian is responsible for that use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions and browser or device differences may affect editing and export. To the extent permitted by law the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
