Browser preview
In the current Picovella preview, photos you choose are displayed locally in your browser. This page does not upload those preview photos to Picovella. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active preview.
Information you provide
We may receive your email address, story title, order information, support messages, and any other information you choose to submit. When paid export becomes available, the checkout and export screen will identify any photo processing required to fulfill that order.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic or security logs.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the site, create requested stories, confirm purchases, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not use personal photos to create an advertising profile.
Payments
Payment details are collected by the payment provider presented at checkout. Picovella does not receive or store your complete card number or wallet credentials. We may receive the order amount, status, date, email, and transaction reference.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, payment processing, email, security, and customer service, or disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, transaction records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us from the email associated with your order so we can verify the request.
Children, changes, and contact
Picovella is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to use the service. We may update this policy prospectively; the effective date identifies the current version.
